 We don't offer any sterling silver or base metal options as they aren't durable enough for all environments or to be worn 24/7.

Yes we offer anklets. There is a surcharge from $45-$90 depending on the chain you choose.

While we cannot guarantee welding without an appointment, we will try our best to accommodate walk-ins.

By taking the time to book your appointment through our website you secure your spot at your desired time of your choice.

Each appointment is 30 minutes and can accommodate 1-2 people.

There is a $20 booking fee that goes towards the purchase of your "Fused" bracelet.

Due to the high demand of our Fused appointments, if you’re unable to make your appointment and cancel with less than 48 hours, you’re booking fee will not be refunded.

No worries – life happens! If you need to remove your bracelet at anytime you can simply cut if off with scissors or clippers.

Keep the chain and we’re happy to fuse it back on for you at no charge.

If your FUSED bracelet breaks and is lost, we will do a ONE-TIME replacement within 30 days of purchase. If it is after the warranty period and bracelet is lost, it would be considered a new FUSED and full cost.

We offer a one-month limited warranty. If your bracelet breaks or comes off within the first month of purchase due to a chain defect or an issue with the weld, we’ll happily re-fused it back on free of charge.

 All Fused pieces are final sale.

 If your FUSED breaks within the first 30 days, we will repair it free of charge. If it is past 30 days.
