It's your prerogative to change your mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your So Pretty purchase you can either return it by mail or return to the nearest So Pretty store within 14 days of purchase. If you purchased online the return date starts from the date your item was delivered/received by you (not when you placed the order).

Please note, merchandise must not be worn or damaged. All original packaging much be included so it arrives back to us safely. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. If you return your items in store or online, we can also process an exchange or issue a merchandise credit.

So Pretty Cara Cotter gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Please email us with your order number and full name to initiate your return or exchange. If it was a gift please include the name of the person who purchase it for you. Please indicate the quantity and reason for the return.
  • All merchandise must be unused/unworn and in original condition.
  • When shipping back items use a method that can be tracked and insured. So Pretty Cara Cotter cannot reimburse items that have been lost during shipping.
  • All returns will be refunded or credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of your item(s) by us.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your banking provider. We can provide the transaction number but it is out of our control how long they may take to process it.
  • Please note So Pretty Cara Cotter Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
  • We do not offer price adjustments.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items purchased from So Pretty in-store or online can be returned or exchanged to our Edmonton or St. Albert storefronts (either one) within 14 days of purchase. If you purchased them online the 14 days starts when you received your shipment.
  • For items returned at a So Pretty storefront a refund (via the original payment form) or store merchandise credit back on a gift card will be issued redeemable at the our stores or online.
  • Refunds and exchanges can be issued in-store for items purchased online.
  • You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store.
  • All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
  • No price adjustments allowed.
  • Please provide the original receipt or order information (name, date etc so we can find it in our system).

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items at a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time at very select dates through the year and have limited quantities of each piece. So by buying early, you ensure that you get the style in the color and size you want ahead of anyone else. Thank you in advance for understanding.

FAQ

  • Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail or in-store either a refund will be issued to the original payment method or they can choose a gift card with the value of the order to be put on the card for future use.
  • Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund. If the gift recipient chooses to exchange a proof of purchase or gift receipt is required.
  • If there is a credit after the exchange the balance will go onto a So Pretty Gift Card or to the original payment method. The gift recipient will not get the balance refund.

How long will it take to get my money back for my in-store or online return?

Online

Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of your item(s) by So Pretty. You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account by your banking provider. We are happy to provide the refund transaction number if needed.

In-Store
