- Please email us with your order number and full name to initiate your return or exchange. If it was a gift please include the name of the person who purchase it for you. Please indicate the quantity and reason for the return.
- All merchandise must be unused/unworn and in original condition.
- When shipping back items use a method that can be tracked and insured. So Pretty Cara Cotter cannot reimburse items that have been lost during shipping.
- All returns will be refunded or credited back to the original form of payment.
- Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of your item(s) by us.
- You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your banking provider. We can provide the transaction number but it is out of our control how long they may take to process it.
- Please note So Pretty Cara Cotter Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
- We do not offer price adjustments.
