RETURN POLICY

1. What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from So Pretty Cara Cotter's official online store (soprettycaracotter.com), you can either return by mail or return to the nearest So Pretty store within 14 days of purchase. Please follow the steps below for returns.

RETURNS BY MAIL

a. Contact us at (780) 784-7872 or info@soprettycaracotter.com to receive a Return Authorization. Please include your order # when you email us. 
b. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and in original condition.
c. Please indicate the quantity and reason for the return with your original order.
d. When shipping back items use a method that can be tracked and insured. So Pretty Cara Cotter cannot reimburse items that have been lost during shipping.
e. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
f. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item(s) by So Pretty Cara Cotter. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
g. Please note So Pretty Cara Cotter Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
h. No price adjustments on sale items.


RETURNS IN-STORE

a. Items purchased from So Pretty Cara Cotter official online store (soprettycaracotter.com) can be returned at our storefront location (10120-124 Street, Edmonton) within 14 days of purchase.
b. For items returned at a So Pretty Cara Cotter storefront, a refund (via the original payment form) or store merchandise credit will be issued redeemable at the So Pretty Cara Cotter branded store that processes the return. Refunds can be issued in-store for items purchased online.
c. You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store.
d. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
e. No price adjustments on sale items.
f. Must provide original receipt or order information (name, date etc so we can find it in our system).

 

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY

It's a women's prerogative to change her mind.

We will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced items purchased as gifts until  January 10th. Sale merchandise purchased as gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit until January 10th. 

Merchandise must not be worn or damaged. All original packaging much be included. So Pretty Cara Cotter gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. If you return your items in store, we can also process an exchange or issue a merchandise credit.

Sorry, no in-store returns on December 24th or December 26th.

 

SALE MERCHANDISE RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased during a sale can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit. Any items noted as final sale or marked down 50% off or more are considered final sale. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price or offer a price adjustment?

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items at a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time at very select dates through the year and have limited quantities of each piece. So by buying early, you ensure that you get the style in the color and size you want ahead of anyone else. Thank you in advance for understanding.

What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from So Pretty Cara Cotter's official online store (soprettycaracotter.com), you can either return by mail or exchange in-store within 14 days of purchase. Please follow the steps below for exchanges.

Exchanges by mail 

a. We do accept exchanges by mail. To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you received to us at 10120 - 124 Street, Edmonton Alberta Canada T5N 1P6. Once it is returned you will receive a refund via the original form of payment. 
b. You will then need to purchase a new item online at So Pretty Cara Cotter's official online store (soprettycaracotter.com). Your reorder can be made at your convenience either before or after the return has been processed.
c. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and payment credited.
d. No price adjustments on sale items.


Exchanges in store 

a. Items purchased from So Pretty Cara Cotter's official online store (soprettycaracotter.com) can be exchanged at our storefront within 30 days of purchase.
b. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and in original condition.
c. You can exchange for any item provided it is available in-store. No price adjustments on sale items.
d. If there is a credit after the exchange the balance will go onto a So Pretty Gift Card or to the original payment method

Can a gift recipient return or exchange So Pretty Cara Cotter?

Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund. If the gift recipient chooses to exchange a proof of purchase or gift receipt is required. If there is a credit after the exchange the balance will go onto a So Pretty Gift Card or to the original payment method. The gift recipient will not get the balance refund.

How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) by So Pretty Cara Cotter. You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

My So Pretty Cara Cotter Jewelry has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?
