Our default pickup location is set to our Edmonton storefront. If you would like to pickup at our St. Albert Storefront, please email us after placing your order and we will arrange that for you.
Please select and book one 30 minute time slot per person (don't increase the quantity in your cart for multiple guests).
*Please also note that all welding appointments will be at our St. Albert store location starting on Thursday, April 18th (120, 15 Perron Street St. Albert) and will no longer be offered at our 124th Street store in Edmonton.
Your $20 booking fee will go towards the purchase of your "Fused" bracelet and will be deducted at the time of payment after your appointment is complete.
By taking the time to book your appointment through our website you secure your spot at your desired time of your choice.
Due to the high demand for our Fused appointments, if you’re unable to make your appointment and cancel with less than 48 hours, your booking fee will not be refunded.
While we cannot guarantee welding without an appointment, we will try our best to accommodate walk-ins.
All unworn, original condition items are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of arrival (as per the tracking details). For more details on our return policy, please see here.

We only use precious metals, semi-precious and precious gemstones, and lab grown ethical diamonds. We are certified nickel and lead free and don't use any brass, base metals. or synthetic stones. Read all about our materials here.
