CANADIAN orders are automatically shipped via expedited service with a tracking number and $100 insurance. It generally takes 1-6 business days to deliver, depending on where you are located.

USA orders are shipped via air mail with a tracking #, which typically takes 3-7 business days to be delivered. It includes $100 insurance. Upgraded faster shipping options are available at checkout.

USA DUTY & TAXES We ship to the U.S. with duties calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise tariff charges when your order arrives.

Applicable U.S. import duties are based on the country of origin and classification of each item and will be clearly shown at checkout. Our jewelry is handcrafted in Jaipur, India and is declared with India as its country of origin.

Your order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means any applicable duties shown at checkout are prepaid before delivery.

Shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $125 USD.

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via air mail which takes 2-3 weeks to deliver (counting business days only). It includes $100 insurance. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please note it at checkout, and an upgrade can be arranged.

Will I have to pay tariffs or duties on my U.S. order?

No. Any applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout. We ship U.S. orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you won't receive an additional duty bill upon delivery.

We want your order arriving to feel just as good as opening it. Our jewelry is handcrafted in Jaipur, India, and applicable duties are calculated based on each item's country of origin and customs classification.

Not in love with your jewelry item? Returns and exchanges are super easy. We accept online purchase returns both in-store or by mail. Please email us at and include your order # to request a return or exchange and we will provide directions on how to proceed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days from the date of receipt or when your online order arrives to you. A refund of the purchase price, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, unworn resalable condition.

Under our warranty, we promise to take care of you. For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material due to the original construction or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

We don't currently sell through any other retailers. When you shop So Pretty pieces at our stores or online you're getting something unique and not mass produced or widely available.

By default all items sold by So Pretty Cara Cotter on this website are in Canadian dollars but you can choose the currency of your choice at the top of our website.

So Pretty is based in sunny Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our corporate office is located here along with our two storefronts (Edmonton & St. Albert).
