Not in love with your jewelry item? Returns and exchanges are super easy. We accept online purchase returns both in-store or by mail. Please email us at and include your order # to request a return or exchange and we will provide directions on how to proceed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days from the date of receipt or when your online order arrives to you. A refund of the purchase price, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, unworn resalable condition.

Under our warranty, we promise to take care of you. For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material due to the original construction or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.
