Firstly, we hope you are all safe and well. We miss you! Since COVID-19 hit in mid March and we temporarily shuttered our storefront we have continued to operate online. From our entire team we would like to thank you for all you've done for us!
Due to the overwhelming support of our community our business is thriving, and we have been able to focus on supporting those on the front lines and the most vulnerable in our community.
We continue to give you all a big hug! Thank you from our entire team! xx -Cara
As a locally women owned business, we feel strongly about giving back to our community in an impactful way.
When COVID-19 first hit we supported our front-line heroes most needing a pick-me-up by anonymously donating our pieces to them and supported our customers wanting to do the same. Our Instagram feed was full of inspiring and heartwarming stories. During this time you showed us kindness, dedication and compassion. For that we will be forever grateful.
We also launched our WIN House x So Pretty PROTECT fund campaign. Through your support we were able to donate $2000 to women and children most at risk in our community. Again, a big thank you.
Mamas For Mamas- Jillian Harris Christmas In June.
Quite simply it comes down to a decrease in supply an increase in demand at the worst possible time.
First the good news. You've showed us a lot of love recently and our sales have increased exponentially thanks to your support. We are grateful!
While you're showing us more love than ever, COVID-19 has also delayed our supply chain making for a tricky combination. Our studios in Jaipur came to a complete halt for ten weeks. As a result, you will notice many of our items online are either sold out or on pre-order.
We hope you can be patient with us while our manufacturing studios work safely to ensure proper social distancing while simultaneously keeping up with demand. The good news is that they are back online and working diligently to craft beautiful pieces for you. Thank you in advance for understanding.
While we had hoped to open our Edmonton storefront in June, because of our supply chain issues and exponential increase in demand we are now unable to open until July 20th. At that time, we will have enough stock to create an in-store shopping experience you've become accustomed to.
For now, we encourage you to shop online (we have some surprises for June) we continue to offer complimentary shipping and returns in North America on all purchases over $50.
Local pickup is also available to anyone ordering online in Edmonton and area. At checkout choose the "Pick Up" option and we will coordinate a date & time from our design studio conveniently located on the same block as our storefront.
Thank you for being patient with us. We looking forward to re-opening on Tuesday, July 21st.
For now, we encourage you to continue to support us by shopping online. We are offering complimentary shipping and returns in North America when you spend over $50.
In the meantime, we are working on a clear plan to create an in-store shopping experience that is safe and enjoyable for all our clients. The details will be announced in the days leading up to our re-opening.
