SHIPPING GIFTS DIRECTLY

We'd love to spread the So Pretty love for you. Select your piece or pieces, add a note to be included (in the cart or checkout) and we'll hand write it on a notecard for you and ship it in our signature packaging.  Use your name for the billing address and the gift recipients information for the shipping address.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped out within 3 business days of placing your order online. Please note the cut off time is 4:00 pm CMT.

    All online purchases are shipped via Canada Post - expedited service within Canada and Canada Post AIR MAIL everywhere else worldwide.
      A) CANADIAN orders are automatically shipped via Expedited service with a tracking number and $100 insurance. It generally takes 1-6 business days to deliver, depending on where you are located.

       

      B) USA are shipped via air mail with a tracking #, which takes 1-2 weeks to deliver (counting business days only). It includes $100 insurance. If you would like to upgrade shipping please note it at checkout and an upgrade can be arranged.

       

      C) INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via air mail which takes 2-3 weeks to deliver (counting business days only). It includes $100 insurance. If you would like to upgrade shipping please note it at checkout and an upgrade can be arranged.

       

      TRACKING A SHIPMENT 

      Canadian & US orders may track the status of their shipment by using the tracking number sent to you via email or text at the time your order is shipped. If your order confirmation or tracking hasn't landed in your inbox please check your spam folder or email us

       

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

      All International orders are shipped free via Canada Post Airmail with a tracking number. Please be aware that orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Unfortunately So Pretty Jewelry By Cara Cotter does not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your purchase. So Pretty Jewelry By Cara Cotter is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will So Pretty Jewelry By Cara Cotter issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

      All orders come impeccably put together in our signature packaging. Whether you're buying a gift for yourself or someone special we want it to be memorable experience. Includes a gift box, polishing cloth, gift bag and brand information card. *Sample sale items do not receive our signature gift packaging. 

      If you would prefer less packaging we're happy to oblige. Please select your packaging preferences in your cart. 

      If you're purchasing a gift and shipping it directly to your loved one's address, please select the packaging you would like before checking out. You can also include a message in the notes section and we'll hand write it for you on a note card.

      RETURNS


      Not in love with your jewelry item? Returns are super easy. We accept online purchase returns in-store or you can mail them back to us. Please email us at hello@soprettycaracotter.com and include your order # to request a return and we will provide directions on how to properly do so. 

      Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt. 

      If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, unworn resalable condition.

      WARRANTY

      Under our warranty, we promise to take care of you. For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material due to the original construction or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Click here for full details on our warranty.

      What currency will I be charged?

      By default all items sold by So Pretty Cara Cotter on this website are in Canadian dollars but you can choose either CAD, USD, or any other popular currencies at the top right of our website. 

      Where are you based?

      So Pretty is based in sunny Edmonton, Alberta, Canada! Our storefront address is 10120 124th Street NW. Google Map

      What if I need to change or cancel my order?

      Once an order is placed and shipped, we’re unable to make any change. Sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@soprettycaracotter.com to arrange and exchange or return. Read our full return policy here. 

      How can I edit my shipping address?

      If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact Customer Service right away at hello@soprettycaracotter.com.

      What’s the status of my order?

      Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on 'Track It' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

      My package is lost!

      Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out at hello@soprettycaracotter.com or call (780) 784-7872 as soon as possible.

      After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

      What is an e-gift card?

      An e-gift card is a credit that you can apply to a purchase. You can redeem an e-gift card at checkout. If you select it as the payment option at checkout it will be applied to your purchase. Sorry, e-gift cards cannot be retroactively applied to an order once it has been placed.

      Where can I purchase a So Pretty E-gift card?

      You can purchase an e-gift card here. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card.

      Can I use e-gift cards online and in store?

      Yes! We've got you covered. E-Gift cards can be used both online and in-store.

      Where do I enter a promo code?

      Please enter your promo code at checkout during the payment process/section. 

      What does Final Sale mean?

      All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, e-gift card or exchange.

      Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?

      Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Service before placing your order.
