We are so happy to announce our latest collaboration with FIT + FIERCE in coordination with our International Women's Day Fund.
We believe in the value of building confident, brave and resilient girls and Fit+Fierce provides a nurturing environment for young girls to share, learn, grow, and flourish into strong women that one day will rule the world.
To celebrate International Women's Day and in the belief that no girl should be left behind we are selling the below exclusive earring, the Limited Edition "SHOOT FOR THE STARS STUDS" with 100% of the sales going to the Fit+Fierce program.This fund will help those girls wanting to register but needing financial assistance. These are limited edition so be sure to get a pair while you can.
What is Fit+Fierce?
Fit+Fierce is a program for girls grade 3-12 that focuses on three key components: Mind Wellness, Fitness & Nutrition. It's our goal to empower young girls to become strong in mind and body.
Each evening is comprised of:
-opportunities for sharing celebrations and struggles
- a mind wellness topic to help girls develop confidence in themselves and tools to build resiliency
- a nutrition tip, healthy recipe sharing and a delicious, nutritious snack
- a fun workout
- a give back to the community component - we support the local food back with donations of 3000+lbs of food each year.
It's our greatest hope to help girls to be courageous, confident and compassionate. We hope that girls walk away from our program with a strong sense of self, knowing who they are and being Brave enough to stay on their own path; a toolbox to navigate struggles and build resiliency; a deep sense of belonging as well as a lifelong love of fitness and nutrition.
For us, International Women's Day is a day of inspiration and possibility. As we celebrate women's achievements across the globe, we come together to be reminded that we are stronger together and that we can do incredible things in this world. For us, at Fit+Fierce, we think it is important to celebrate one another and to be inspired by those who are showing us that we are capable of great things. We need to move away from a world of compete and compare and rather focus on lifting one another up. We see the leader in every girl that enters our program, and this day is an opportunity to celebrate that!
